By participating in Estee Listens sessions, buying any products, reading any blog posts, guidelines, handouts, e-books or email correspondence from Estee Listens, you acknowledge the following:

Estee Listens sessions are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified health practitioner for illnesses, injuries, or other medical conditions.  

While coaching may occur during services, Estee Listens is not a licensed therapy service. You understand that Estee Listens is not run by a licensed psychologist, medical doctor, or health care professional and, therefore, Estee Listens is not trained to diagnose illness, make recommendations involving pharmaceutical drugs or surgery, or handle medical emergencies. If necessary, you should seek appropriate medical and/or mental health services from a licensed practitioner.

If you have suffered psychological or other harm, you should consider whether you are in the position to safely engage with coaching services at this time and/or consider enlisting the support of a licensed, mental health professional.

Estee Listens provides no guarantees other than to deliver the services purchased as described.

You agree to pay for Estee Listens sessions in advance. Refunds are not provided. Should you wish to reschedule your session, you must provide phone or electronic email notification of the same within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Estee Listens reserves the right to refuse service to any client or prospect and to correct any errors in service pricing and/or descriptions.
